Extended Publication:
Extended versions of the papers accepted and presented at ICCCC 2026 will be published starting with IJCCC Issue No. 6 (2026) and continuing in Issues 1–6 (2027) of the International Journal of Computers, Communications & Control (IJCCC), after a final peer review process.

Dedication:

This edition of ICCCC is dedicated to the memory of Academician Grigore C. Moisil (1906–1973), the founding father of Romanian computer science and an important contributor to the development of non-Chrysippian logics. A visionary mathematician, he laid the theoretical foundations for the advancement of informatics and logical systems in Romania. His legacy continues to inspire generations of researchers and innovators in the field of computational sciences.
